FAQ

Can Wi-Fi Transfer work offline across different networks?

No. Wi-Fi Transfer is a same-local-network web service, not internet remote access. The app needs to stay in the foreground.

Is Private Space a separately encrypted vault?

No. Private Space uses device authentication, iOS file protection, and in-app isolation, but it is not represented as a separate forensic-grade encrypted vault.

Are all archive and video formats supported?

No universal support is guaranteed. Archive, video, and document preview support depends on file format, encryption, corruption, system capabilities, and the app’s current support scope.

How do I restore Pro?

Use Restore Purchases inside the app’s purchase screen. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store.
